Black tea smoothie

Especially in winter, a smoothie like this can support our immune system. But such a drink is also nutritious and healthy in its own right. The black tea provides a special flavour and gives a little kick of freshness with its caffeine.

List of ingredients

1 Tasse starker schwarzer Tee, abgekühlt
1 Banane
1 Tasse gefrorene Beeren (z.B. Himbeeren oder Heidelbeeren)
1 TL Honig oder Ahornsirup
1 TL Chiasamen (optional)
Einige Eiswürfel

Preparation

Die Zubereitung ist ganz simpel. Einfach alle Zutaten in einen Mixer geben und pürieren, bis die Mischung cremig ist. Dann in Gläser geben und sofort servieren.
