data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Preparation:<\/h2><p>Zun\u00e4chst den Brokkoli waschen und in kleine R\u00f6sschen unterteilen. Anschlie\u00dfend in kochendem Salzwasser ca. 7 Minuten garen und danach unter kaltem Wasser abschrecken und zum Ausk\u00fchlen beiseitestellen.<\/p><p>Als n\u00e4chstes die Butter schmelzen. Die zwei Eigelb sowie den Wei\u00dfwein in einem hei\u00dfen Wasserbad cremig r\u00fchren und nach und nach die geschmolzene Butter hinzugeben. Wichtig ist, dass w\u00e4hrenddessen st\u00e4ndig weiterger\u00fchrt wird. Nun den Safran mitunterr\u00fchren und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft und Worcesterso\u00dfe abschmecken.<\/p><p>Zum Schluss den Brokkoli in einer ofenfeste Form geben und die Safranhollandaise dar\u00fcber verteilen.
