data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Preparation:<\/h2><p>Als erstes den Fisch waschen, trockentupfen und in ca. 3cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Krabben ebenfalls waschen und gr\u00fcndlich abtropfen lassen. \u00dcber beides den Zitronensaft geben.<\/p><p>Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln und in Butter glasig d\u00fcnsten. Dann den Reis dazu geben und solange r\u00f6sten, bis er glasig ist (st\u00e4ndig umr\u00fchren!).<\/p><p>Br\u00fche und Wein mischen und nach und nach zu dem Reis geben. Dabei st\u00e4ndig weiterr\u00fchren und immer dann die Fl\u00fcssigkeit nachgie\u00dfen, wenn der Reis sie aufgenommen hat.<\/p><p>Anschlie\u00dfend den Fisch und die Krabben drunter heben und 10 Minuten ziehen lassen.<\/p><p>K\u00e4se reiben und ebenfalls unter das Risotto mischen.
